スタッフの感じが良い

オフィスビルに隣接したモール内のせいか結構いつも混んでいる印象。 グランドフロアで駐車場に面した路面店なので入りやすくフレンドリーなスタッフが多い。

Good location but gets very crowded and noisy

This place is lovely when there are not a lot of people. The staffs are friendly here without being pretentious. Near many banks and other restaurants Not recommended during monday- friday lunch time. Too crowded and no good relaxing ambiance

Starbucks will be nicer if the staff are more humane and not just follow the SOP

On Wednesday, 18 January 2017, my friend and I visited Starbucks Cafe at Setiabudi One. My friend invited me for tasting Starbucks new products, they are: Pour Over Colombia and Chemex Coffee. In fact, they served 4 types / kinds of coffees in 4 different types of serving. The ideas were good, really, I was amazed with the ideas. Beside us, I still remembered there were a supervisor (a store manager) who noted all the ideas in serving the process of making coffee. In front of us there were a barista who made us the coffee called Steve, and some other baristas. They told us that Starbucks Cafe at Setiabudi One was the first cafe in serving these products. They will open new type of serving in Pacific Place. After Steve finished there was a new barista who were practicing these new products in front of us. UNFORTUNATELY, he made mistake because the water boiled in front us suddenly spurted and splashed us. All staff - supervisor and baristas - said sorry. They even mentioned "sorry" many times. Unluckily no one of them had an initiative to clean the table from water and they just gave us the small (table) tissues. They did not give us "big tissues" to clean our faces and clothes. We considered when they did that they did not have sincere gestures. They were not so helpful. They just said sorry. It seems the people worked in Starbucks are trained just for serving the products but when it comes to disturbing situation related to their customers, they are not prepared and not ready for restoring the customers' comfort. We hope in the future Starbucks management will evaluate the service and not just think only the SOP of making coffee.
