I can not believe the prior reports at all. Service was friendly and quick. The food was excellent - we had oxtail soup, satay sticks, salat and a desert. All of them has been perfect. The prices are very good. We paid for all together including 2 drinks only 25 €. It would be great if they could offer in future not only wine but also beer. We will for sure come back! TOP!!!

Very nice view and ambience..a little slow on services
When come to Bandung you should check this new cafe..very nice panoramic view at night. You can take photo on the rooftop which is the best place to take pictures. The food was good but a little slow in services. Have to wait for 1 hour.. hope will be faster when i come back to the cafe again..the boss is very nice though, he came and greeted us..super kind.

I will NEVER go back
My family and I went to Skyline Resto at 7:53 PM. The restaurant is located at Bukit Pakar, quite far from the main road but the building is pretty big and spacious. You can find it easily because there’s a big sign with the restaurant’s name in it. The restaurant has three floors with Bandung view, I only give one star because it is located in a beautiful spot to view the city. It took us more than 15 minutes for the waiter to notice us. We ordered and the waiter made sure our order list was correct. My sister and brother ordered Skyline Steak and Combo steak respectively. My mother ordered Mie Tektek and my father ordered Asem Iga (Ribs). I ordered US Sirloin Steak and we all ordered at 8:16 PM. It’s a bit crowded because it’s Chinese New Year and we all understand that it will took us longer time for food to arrived. The steaks my sister and brother ordered was served cold. My sister ordered her steak medium but it came very very well-done. Despite of that, half of the our order came out fine. But the problem started when 30 minutes later the waiter come to my table and said that my food was accidentally given to other table. He then asked me to take the other table’s order instead but I refused because THERE’S A REASON WHY I ORDERED SOMETHING. It’s a different kind of food so of course I refused. The waiter apologized and said that they will prioritize my order. I waited for 1 and a half hour (almost 2 hours waiting) and my order haven’t yet come. I asked the waiter and he said THEY HAVEN’T MADE MY ORDER while the other table near me already have three different customers come in and out. They said they will prioritize my order and the other staff said that the chef hold my order? I was hungry but then I’m annoyed. I canceled my order and I complained to the waiter about the service. I waited for too long and the staff didn’t even bother to apologized and started making excuses. He then said “Yes, we are terrible in service”. He actually admit that and yet doesn’t do anything to improve? I think it is the management duty to improve the staffs’ service and skills. And I think they need to learn HOW to deal with customers and not running away. This is my second time here and I’m not happy with both visit. The food tastes terrible, the staff’s lacks of services and the staffs attitude. I do agree with the best view thing but it is absolutely the worst for service. I will NEVER go back.
