Expensive for quality
Food is OK but not exceptional. Only a fraction of fish is live. Vegetable a little soggy. Beer was cold. Boring

The restaurant was extremely crowded when we arrived at dinner time, and had to stand for about 5-10minutes before we got a table. It was filled with mostly local people (as few tourists would probably venture out so far away from the mall areas), and the numerous staff appeared to struggle coping with the sheer volume of dinings (we'd often have to try to catch the attention of multiple staff and repeat our requests before we finally receive service). Tourists would find the pricing acceptable, although as seen from the other local reviewers, they'd find this place costly. Our friends highly recommended the gurame and indeed it was a novel dish with the deep frying rendering the fish extra crispy. I really loved how juicy and flavourful the tauhu kipas was (it's like a fish cake-ngeoh hiang like ball of flour wrapped around minced prawn mixed in vegetables). The coconut served were also great, the flesh was super easy to scrape off. The Chicken satay was not to the liking of this Singaporean reviewer (though his wife liked it very much), and I found that the barbecued prawn while good, could have been better if it was served hot, right off the grill. By the time it was served together with all the other food we ordered, it had gotten cold.

A must-visit in Jakarta
A favorite restaurant among my family and friends. We select the fish/crab/squids from the aquarium and have it cooked according to our fancy.
