Basically everything went wrong - but staff are nice
We ordered two lumberjack breakfasts: ..it's supposed to come with hash browns -> it came with fries ..it's supposed to come with fresh juice -> it came with dilluted orange concentrate ..it's supposed to come with beef sausages -> it came with chicken sausages ..it's supposed to come with sourdough -> it came with baguette ..it's supposed to come with jam -> they ran out of it and didn't tell us ..it's supposed to come with bacon (which is normally pork) -> it came with beef bacon The staff even lied to us by assuring us that's it's fresh juice. Then I ordered a new juice and requested to see how it's made. For the new juice the staff took only 1 small orange and blent it with ice and water. Then she realized that it was too little, so she grabbed another small orange and mixed it all together. The end result: I got 20% orange juice, mixed with 80% water (different to the first juices we ordered which confirms that they weren't fresh). Also the staff seemed confused about the "fresh juice". In the beginning we asked about the fresh juice which was included in the breakfast and the waiter said that there's is no fresh juice that is included, but the "fresh juice" on menu in fact is a dressing, simply labeled wrongly. What? Haha. Well, we gave up questioning it and were ready to be surprised. Then he came back and said that it was juice and he did a mistake...Also, the whole presentation of the food was poor. The concept of "you eat with your eyes first" is totally alien to them. After we finished eating (or gave up on it), we spoke to the staff and complained about everything that went wrong. They were really apologetic and nice. They even offered to compensate for it by not having to pay for it. That was an appropriate move from them (I didn't even eat much from it, didn't feel like eating my bread with ketchup or butter). The guy who took our order presented himself to us as the team leader when we spoke to him and after some back and forth, he told us that he was the manager. I highly doubt that since it seemed they were afraid to involve the actual manager. Though, this is just some assumption. Does anyone know the name of the manager? All in all, I'd never have breakfast there again. I can't say anything about the other food, but according to how unprofessional everything was done and how bad our breakfast was, I'm not eager to give it another shot. Just safe yourself the trouble and choose another place to eat.

We had lunch and they catered for our gluten intolerance. The chicken skewers with salad and rice, and a drink was a good price. The staff were friendly and attentive.

English breakfast inedible
Hate to give a bad review as the staff were lovely but the "English breakfast" was terrible. Wasn't even sure what I was consuming. Eggs were ok but Bacon, sausage and hash browns were processed and such as I have never tasted. Ended up eating fruit. Stick to the Indonesian menu
