The best food in town (for me)
If you like traditional original Chinese food from Shandong (Qingdao). This is the place. I visited this restaurant when this restaurant was still a street food not far from current location. As a visitor to enjoy the food for many years probably I would not hesitate to say the Kuo Tieh (guo tie) and Sek Ba (wu xiang food) is the best in town (pork base food), even better if you are ok to have them with local beer. Probably the first generation of this restaurant encek shantung (Uncle form Shandong) and current owner had adapted, adjusted, and blended the original recipe with local taste and also mixed with local spices... So different and it's really good. Furthermore, don't forget to prepare the accompanying sauce: chop garlic, sesame oil, red tomate chilli sauce, (and soy sauce), self mixed according to your taste in a small plate.

Just go for good food
The place looks like it is over 30 years old and never updated or redecorated. So to say: worn down. But the food is very good. We had the Kuo Tieh and Sui Kiau. Specialy we loved the fried dumplings. It was worth the walk, we loved it. The dumplings are made befor your eyes - superfresh - and cooked outside. Be carefull: they close quite soon in the evening (last time allready around 8.30 am)
