A hidden gem
We were lucky enough to stay nearby as this restaurant is off the beaten track. We had not pre booked but managed to get a table. There aren’t that many seatings so best not to take chance if you want to visit. The table arrangement was superb with each table overlooking the rice fields with the exception of the bigger tables in the middle. We were offered some lovely appetisers with our cocktails. The waitress warned us that the portions were quite small (they advertise themselves as Asian tapas) and recommended 2 per person which was more than sufficient. Every single dish lit up our tastebuds all in different ways: they were all refined, freshly made to order, quickly served and beautifully presented. The service was second to none and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. It may be considered a bit pricey for Bali standards (we paid about £40 per head including drinks) but it was well worth it. We would definitely go back there next time we are in Ubud.

The best evening in Bali...
We need to walk through the field to find this great place. So good food! The kindness of the waitresses was incredible.

We had trouble finding this place but I’m so glad we did! The food and drinks were so delicious and fresh. The whole vibe of the restaurant is amazing and they grow some of the produce right there. We had prawn tempura, pumpkin curry and slow cooked beef, all were so good and we ended up ordering more prawn tempuras because they were so good. Worth coming here for sure. There was great service and the staff were really friendly. Would come here again!
