Best Mango Lassi EVER!
To start with, my friend and I each got a mango lassi and were blown away. The mango was the most mango-y mango you could imagine, but the texture and temperature of the drink were pure perfection. Additionally, the breakfast, lunch, and dinners were all excellent. The lumpia, were fun he lightest and lost flavorful that I’ve had. Other highlights included the Nasi Goreng, which you may have at any time of the day, and came as a standars choice on the breakfast menu. Service was always with a smile and efficient. Views of the sea are gorgeous and there was always a breeze. Also a bonus, the property also has a natural spring, so you can drink the water they provide without any problems. Top notch place!!!

Delicious food and friendly staff!
My friend and I stayed at the villa for 2 days and ate all of our meals there since it was so good and the staff was so kind! My favorites were the lumpia, the Nasi Goreng and their mango lassi!! I unfortunately didn’t get to try the roasted duck but I want to try it next time I visit Amed! Thank you for the chef, staff for our delicious meals.

Dine on Slow Roasted duck with a View
I first came into the restaurant to inquire about dinner and I was greeted with a big smile and a warm welcome from Srey and I knew I had to book a reservation. I love duck and noticed on the board to order the roasted duck in advance and I requested it with Srey. We were very excited to try the duck so we came early and grabbed a table overlooking the water. Our dinner at Restaurant Bukit Segara was an excellent combination of nice people, tasty food and a beautiful view on the patio. It is a view best enjoyed with a glass of wine. Derk and Sery were very nice to greet all the guests and chat with all the tables. Our servers were also very nice and helpful to recommend items on the menu. On to dinner: The spring rolls came first with a blend of chicken and shrimp, it came with a chili and soy like sauce. It has plenty of flavour and could easily have been eaten without any sauce. Next was the duck, the meat is very flavourful, yet lean which I was most surprised with. Many are not used to free range ducks that are free of hormones and not pumped with feed. They are raised right on the premises. It tastes like a whole different meat and has a slight sweetness. It is served with rice, a side of curried vegetables and a tasty sambal. The sambal is full of flavour, if you like spicy they will even add more chillies when I asked for. I loved sambal so much I used some of the crispy duck skin as a wrap with a bit of rice, pineapple, a ton of sambal, meat and a squeeze of lime to make a duck taco. In hindsight I would start with the glass of wine with my appetizer and enjoy the duck with a nice cold beer. Thank you so much for the experience! The calf and the rabbit were so cute on the premises enjoying life and added to the walk to the restaurant.
