Authentic Balinese Food!

We took the menu for two and we really recommend it if you‘re interested in traditional food outside of the Collection Bali!

Very delicous and suuuuuper cute

My wife, daughter and I were here in Sept 2018 for the very first time. The place is just a few meters outside of the secured area of Nusa Dua....just a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the Westin or the Melia. The restaurant belongs to the same group like Mr Bob, just a few meters further on the other side of the street (also strongly recommended). My wife and daughter had the Balinese Rijsttafel for two people on or first visit and I had the Rendang Padang. All came quickly and was fresh made. You can see in the open, super clean kitchen, how your dish is prepared. As a wine we had a Cabernet Merlot.....maybe not the greatest ever but....we liked it a lot and you may give it a try. You can buy much worse things! The best besides the delicous food were the cute and ultra friendly waiters. I have to name Desy and Sugi....my godness...they and we had fun. Next day we decided to come back and told them we had our wedding anniversary. The food was again delicous (the prawns....a clear recommendation) and the sate campour was spectacular...you get it on a little charcoal grill ....HOT...STILL LIVE COAL!. Really great. The cutest thing was: all of a sudden they dimmed the light, turned on romantic Music and came with a surprise cake and congratulated us....and everyone in the restaurant applaused. Incredible experience. A clear recommendation. Go there and enjoy.

Food and service all to a very high standard

I emailed the restaurant to see if they would pick us up and their courtesy van arrived on time with a very pleasant driver. We had a nice table in the non smoking section. To have a non smoking section was a pleasant surprise as smoking appears much more common than in western countries. The service levels were high and the food was freshly cooked and plentiful and probably larger portion sizes than other local restaurants we have tried. Beer, my benchmark of costs was 65,000 for a large bottle. The price of the food for the quality and quality was very reasonable. They organized a cab back to our hotel but this was not complimentary although it was very inexpensive!
