Not that impressive!
I passed this cafe many times but didn’t get the chance to taste until the other day. I went with my wife and we were met with the servers. Because of the packed Sunday afternoon, one server after another asked me the same question that the table was for two and we were not seated until sometime. From the pricing this cafe was a premium one and of course I would expect more services. But the servers failed to delight us with their caring and attentiveness. I would suggest providing much training to the staff both for manners and services so the premium pricing can be earned ... Foods and drinks are not bad with variety and specialty though.

The main reason we chose Paul because it was cozy. The foods (tenderloin, salmon and quiche) were okay. My tenderloin was however not that tender. The service was prompt, but the price was a bit high for that kind of foods. I can't quite recommend Paul unless you have a little more money to spend while hanging out with your friends or family.

Mixed feelings... I mean varieties
Paul... ohh Paul. You got a great piece of real estate for an establishment and great ambience, but you may have to re-think your menu as there are too many choices to choose from and on two occasions your were “sold out” at 07:00 in the morning 🤔? On one occasion you I chose a delicious looking entree served with avocado 🥑 (healthy choice)... but unfortunately “sold out”. Then just recently I chose a dish with spinach... and again, “sold out”. So I ended up ordering an omelette, and thank goodness eggs were available 😅! All in all - food is great, coffee is excellent and pastries, especially the bagels; they are scrumptious 😋. Paul is a great place to meet colleagues and morning business meetings.
