The highlight of our trip - culinary perfection!
We feel bad for our friends, as we have basically not stopped talking about this restaurant ever since our visit. It is incredibly from start to finish! The layout is something special; wide open space with a modern design that will take your breath away. The tables are very nicely spaced apart so feels intimate in a huge open space, and low level music fills the space nicely. The food - wow. We ordered something from each section, which included: - beef rendang crumpet (my favourite - so moist and flavoursome) - pig belly steamed buns - curried duck with tapioca pearls (my girlfriend’s favourite - would definitely recommend) - some amazing prawns seasoned to perfection - quail (nice, but the only one I wouldn’t insist on recommending) - nasi goreng (basic choice, but was delicious) - sweet corn fritters Each was hugely delicious, and the perfect portion size to share. We licked the plate clean! We ordered the cheapest bottle of rosé too, which was lovely and light. We then followed with a dessert each - which I would insist you make room for. My girlfriend had the chocolate one which she loved (came with caramel popcorn too), and I had a “liquid dessert” - a bourbon cocktail paired with a small earl grey magnum. Oh wow, it was amazing. I think it’s such a clever finish to an excellent menu. On service - it is really good and efficient. If you’re looking for “like-family” style OTT service, this is the wrong atmosphere for it - it’s trendy and contemporary so you’re looking for the wrong style. It was really good and facilitated our experience perfectly. Over all, I think we spent 1,840,870 IDR (which is cheap for a western equivalent). It’ll go down as one of my favourite ever experiences - we didn’t want to leave!

Lovely food, even better setting
Ate here our first night in Seminyak as had read good reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Absolutely beautiful restaurant, attentive and friendly staff and lovely selection of food - in particular a large selection for vegetarians.

Mosquitos ate better than us
The architecture lived up to expectations but that’s where it stopped. Service was average and the food the same. We had a side table next to the water feature and got bitten badly. They were quick with the repellent but the damage was done. Dead palm trees and chewing gum under the tables added to the ambiance.
