Dry meat for both main courses
We had lobster pangsit for entree and for main we had lamb and stuffed quail. Very disappointed with the food. Entree was average. My lamb was so dry and tough, I had a hard time chewing the meat the entire time and my partner mentioned his quail was very dry too. Service was good. The highlight was the cocktails but we expected more for the elegant decor and the price. Tips: Avoid lamb loin and Timorese stuffed quail

Bali at it's best
I love everything about this restaurant, from it's beautiful high ceilings and modern architecture to it's food. It never disappoints when I walk into it and the Chefs do an amazing job with the menu. It is on the higher side in terms of cost for Bali but compared to fine dining in Melbourne it's not outrageous. It's the choice you make.. The service is fantastic, the ambience, great and the food cleverly combines Indonesian flavors with a modern take. Can't fault it and will return every time I holiday in Bali. We love the palate cleansers to the interesting main meals and often don't have room for desserts, My partner thought that the dumplings he had were the best he's ever eaten. Love this restaurant!

Not baby friendly
Food was great though slightly pricey but we don't mind that. However, we were put in the corner table which had no air circulation so it was really stuffy! I was kinda soaked after 15 mins, our 10 month old was cranky cos it was just too hot in his pram as this restaurant did not even have any baby/ high chair! My hubby ended up having to carry our baby while eating! In the end, my hubby did not even touch his last 2 dishes cos baby just had enough, so did the hubby! Shame cos the food was pretty good (so was their male service staff, Surya, who tried his best to look for another table with more ventilation for us but we were already halfway through dinner so didn't bother to shift.
