Diamond in the rough
This restaurant is situated up a rough little street in Jimbaran. Once seated out the back you realise that it is the busiest by far in the immediate area. We ordered a 1kh lobster between two and a plate of squid. The seafood was of very good quality and cooked nicely. Service was quick. Our only complaint were the included sides were lacking a bit, but given the seafood was well priced and cooked well we didn’t mind so much.

5th visit and still outstanding
Have been to Bali three times and always end up back here. The atmosphere amongst the beachfront at sunset is beautiful and the food is always well cooked and fresh. Great value for a 1kg of fish, cooked rice, soup, sauces, vegetables and salad with fruit for dessert will set you back rougly $10-$15. You can pick out your own fish, crustaceans etc and watch them being grilled out the back of the restaurant. We’re half way through our holiday, been twice and will probably go back again. If you do go for dinner, make sure you get there with enough time to eat before it gets dark (5ish) as there is only a candlelight to see what you’re eating and it can get messy!

Very fresh fish
Stayed at nearby Jimbaran Beach Resort and ate here for 3 consecutive nights , there are a number of other beach shacks alongside all similar menus but having tried this on our 2nd night in Bali the fish was beautifully bbq on coconut husks served with rice and salad , a kilo of sea bass or red snapper about £13 plenty for 2 people or a kilo of jumbo prawns £14 all freshly caught by local boat , tables on the sand , all lit by candles of a night and very friendly service what's not to like !
