A delightful surprise, absolutely fantastic!
Pulled into this restaurant with little expectations, and was blown away with the delicious food, presentation and friendly staff. Ordered the spring rolls, red snapper wrapped in banana leaf and chocolate fondant to share between two. (we’d had a late lunch so weren’t that hungry - I wish we had been hungrier, the menu looks great!!) Our meals had wonderful flavours and were beautifully presented - the best I’ve seen in Bali. The staff were also really friendly and kind - make sure to speak to Ray for local tips! Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting northern Bali!

The restaurant is currently undergoing reservation and the staff are in training but the food was absolutely fantastic!

We dined at Le Jaenzan a few nights ago. The food was marvelous. We had lobster ravioli and scallops with tamarillo sauce - Both were taste sensations. The main courses were Red Snapper steamed in banana leaves and Confit Duck Leg - Bebek Betutu. We finished our meal with black rice pudding. All dishes were full of flavor and well presented. A memorable meal. We were also treated to explanations of our meal from Chef Ketut who was also our driver for the night - he drove us to and from the restaurant. Le Jaenzan came with high recommendations from reviewers - we were not disappointed. If you are in Lovina it is a must.
