Lovely spacious atmosphere
Enjoyed a meal here on a quiet serene green leafy space. Not easy to find around here. Several of our choices were not available but we were very happy with what we chose. Creme brûlée morelike a baked custard. Not the best but rosemary beef with tagliatelle and gingered fish delicious. When I asked the waitress if a certain wine was dry, she replied courteously that it was more wet than dry. Lol. Over all enjoyed very well.

Been many times and never disappoints. Fabulous food, great atmosphere. Prawn ravioli, seafood plate, duck confit and beef tenderloin with foie gras and pastry all a must.

We were so looking forward to going back to this restaurant. The grounds and bar are wonderful. Great table in the garden and chose the degustation menu with matching wines... not cheap for Bali at AU$60 a head - but it came with wine and five courses. But, But, But...... my wife does not drink but is a food and wanted for follow the menu with me and drink her water. We advised staff this and asked if we could have the menu without the wine for the above reasons. They returned after speaking to the owner who was on premises and returned with a yes.... great, would the price be the same.... owner again, return, Yes, the price is the same without the wine????? I got them to ask again in case there was a misunderstanding and they returned and said yes that was correct, they wouldn't bring the wine out with each of my wife's courses but we would still have to pay the entire amount.... We are not unreasonable and even a $10.00 concession would have helped. So I said no, bring the food and wine out if we have to pay for it..... The food was of a good standard - pasta a little undercooked, no sorbet and fruit replaced it (French - sorbet - would have thought frozen water with a bit of lemon would have been easy to keep around...???) - look the meal was great but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth - plus after 8 glasses of wine I wasn't too interested in the platitudes of the owner and her daughter on the way out..... the next day as we were driving around the previous night came up and my wife commented "About last night, it was nice, but I don't want to go back again, for the money it wasn't welcoming and better spend our money where they appreciate it." - I sighed a relief as I felt the same way.... Customer lost, not through bad food, but the only reason restaurants exist - customer service and satisfaction.....
