The Best Indian Food in Seminyak
We had a wonderful three-night stay at the Oberoi Bali and had most of our meals from Kura Kura in the room. We ordered chicken Tikka and pork vindaloo on the first day and both the items were cooked to perfection. On the second day, we took the seafood route and tried their prawns curry and fish curry with rice. Needless to say, they were easily the best dishes that we had during the entire trip. The price of each dish was in the range of 1500-2000 INR, as expected in any Oberoi. Although we were too lazy to venture out to the restaurant, we did take a look at its interiors and it looked traditional and relaxing, in line with the entire resort. Overall, this place is definitely among the best, if not the best for Indian food in Bali.

Took my Mother-in-law for her birthday as we were staying down the road. The hotel is beautiful, as is the restaurant. Starters - steak tartare was lovely & the reason why I didn’t give Kura Kura a 1-star. Ordered the chicken satay for my Daughter, was sent back overcooked. The salmon (which was around USD40) came out very bland and we left it. Lamb shank was very average. They also love foam here...it’s just bizarre. My mother-in-law is from India & ordered the palak paneer and dhal. Both were extremely poorly seasoned. I understand why the restaurant was empty. If you want lovely food, go elsewhere. Seminyak has so many good restaurants - Bambu, Métis, Sarong, Da Maria, Barbacoa etc - go elsewhere

World-class cuisine with amazing view in an excellent hotel
We have grown to love the world-class cuisine and service at the Kura Kura restaurant within the Oberoi Bali. The daily plat du jour never fail to surprise our palate and there is always something to look forward to in the range of cuisine offered. It makes so much sense to just eat in at the Oberoi as the food is great, and it is definitely value for money.
