For quality food 80/100 For service 50/100 sorry 🙏🏻 Entertaint is number one guest first impresion guest coming to our restaurant and nice food, quality also including for guest come back to our Restaurant but if Service is just good not special atractive from waiter is same nothing.event we Are Indonesian people and Ibu2 Arisan Just need improved to management

Great service, not so great food
I was there for dinner and all 3 dishes I ordered were not up to standards, especially the BBQ meat combination. Both the pork was so lean and dry, and even the chicken was tough. In US, they would have taken the dish off the bill, but here I got the chef coming to apologize. He explained that there are “lean” and “not so lean” options... anyways considering the dish was only $10USD I didn’t really make a fuss. The stir fried Kai Lan was hardly stirred fried! And the salmon fish head clay pot was acceptable, it didn’t come sizzling like a great claypot would be!!! So in conclusion the food is not good. However, the service is great. My server actually tried to dissuade me from ordering my third dish, but when I insisted, she didn’t make me feel bad and awkward. To me that’s a good server, giving customers their genuine advice, and not letting the customer over order for a bigger tip - like in the US, when the servers encourage you to order and just bring leftovers home - all to get a bigger tip from the bigger bill.

Unforgettable Group Dinner
I brought my pastor and team ( total 7 person ) from Brisbane last week to try sumptuous JIA as it has 50% promo over the beijing peking duck until end of January 2018 ... Gosh... so mouthwatering for the duck... MUST TRY We all liked it and could not resist to consume them all... Ambience was good... we were given a long table with the sofa on the inside part Ms. Intje- restaurant manager served us so well ... Looked for her .. So desperate to come back again for the next visit... Price was not expensive as well Last but not the least : I thanked Mr. Hafid and Mr. Endri for their arrangement... Thank you captain !
