Excellent chinese food
This restaurant has been around at this same location for more than 30years. Before this location they were at Kosambi area. The owner is the cook and they have a lot of nice dishes. The main dish is their morning glory hotplate (Kang Kong Hotplate) usually paired with beef or prawn, but we ordered the one with pork this time and was also good. The fried intestine is always crispy with sweet sauce. The crispy pork dish was crunchy and tasty. The special Taiwan Chicken (very young chicken) taste like pigeon, crispy and cooked with Worcestershire sauce. The crab cooked with spicy Padang sauce is very tasty. They use a small size crab so the meat is not a lot. The steam fish cooked with salted vegetables, tofu, ginger and Chinese cabbage is fresh and the soup is not salty. The sweet and sour pork is crunchy with some pickled cucumbers and carrots. Overall the food quality is definitely similar over the years and a very homely feeling. Unfortunately the location is not ideal and the place is not crowded.
