Good food but bad service from lazy staff
Furama Sanur used to be one of my favorite chinese restaurants when they first opened. We would dine there almost every week. The food was good and well priced, the atmosphere was pleasant with comfy seating. Unfortunately their quality just kept going downhill ever since. Their standard of hygiene was bad, the staff became lazy in taking care of their restaurant and gave bad service. I once came in with my family for lunch to find all the staff chatting and smoking at one of the tables, and so the whole restaurant was covered with smoke and we had to find another place to eat. A month later visited again to give them a second chance, but was so dissapointed with their very slow service and lack of caring. I wish them all the luck as their food is actually good and but we will only return if they train/replace their waiters.

The service was terrible. The food is OK. Just the place is convenient to get. The price is high compare to quality food. The restroom was not good. A cockroch was lying dead under the table. Need to improve cleanliness.

Very Diappointed with the service
We came here in the 1st january few days ago, little bit crowded at the time. We order the food and wait more than 1hour when we asked the staff keep saying please wait.. please wait just a moment but the food never come. Finally we were too long waiting and told them we better go out to find other restaurant.. the sfatt still hold us to stay. This is very not profesional, the staff not energic too slow moving, not say any appologize for the situation. You guys cannot handle high season dont wish good business, why didn't you tell the guest you were too busy might be took loong service?? Me and my friends are always come to furama chain to eat but never again to furama sanur. Very bad service!!!
