Chinese food decent, but too salty
I came to this restaurant as it was conveniently located in a food mall next to Holiday Inn Jakarta Kemayoran. I ordered their signature fried noodles which was quite a sizable portion that could feed 2pax. It was fried well with lots of vegetables and well balanced portion of meat, fish cake slices and egg. The only down side was the taste was the sweet and salty taste was a little too much, perhaps for my taste bud. I ordered the crab meat omelette but I could taste more cabbage than the crab meat itself that made me wonder if there was any crab meat in there. The texture was ok similar to a pajeon (Korean pancake). Again, this dish was extremely salty for me to finish it. (I hate to waste food but seriously too salty.) Being a Malaysian, I'm used to heavy taste but this dish is way too salty for me. If only the saltiness of both dishes were toned down a bit more, it would be quite tasty. The service was fast and welcoming, comfortable dining environment. Not sure if I would return again, but definitely won't order those two dishes on my next visit. Hopefully other dishes were not as salty as these two that I ordered.

Value for money
Foek Lam by Jun Njan, taste wise just like any other chinese fine dining restaurant food. By portion, they serve quite big even for me who is the hungry ghost. Love their sugar cane drink. Worth to try as they have promotion 30% cashback (voucher for your next visit w/o minimum spent) or 15% off the bill. I haven't tried their dim sum but they have buy 1 get 1 promotion.
