Downhill from last visit.
I returned to Cuca after a year to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary and was disappointed. Last years 9 course tapas meal was the best meal I had ever had, with every dish unique. This years 9 course tapas meal was no comparison. The food had lost it's magic and visual appeal, with the exception of the gnocci. There was a duplication of flavours in some of the dishes and altogether not inspiring. I felt that being slugged 200,000 rupiah corcage excessive as was the price of the bottled water. Bring back the meat and potatoe. Our holiday was designed around having a meal at Cuca and I had booked several months in advance. Very dissapointed.

Amazing place, will be back again
Glad we decided to try this place out after hearing much good reviews about this place. We went for the chef tasting menu which consist of 7 tapas and 2 desserts. Personally, I love the dessert "bali breakfast"! It was such a gastronomic dinner, constantly surprised with flavours bursting in my mouth.

Quirky and unique
What a great find! Had dinner here and met the Head chef. Amazing food, well presented and first class service. We loved this place ! It’s worth booking a table for a unique eating experience. Not your usual tapas menu. Desserts were fantastic. I choose the Bali Breakfast for dessert and it looked like a fried egg when it arrived. The yolk was crushed mango, the white was creamed coconut and underneath lay frozen passion fruit.......never tasted anything like it......wonderful. I highly recommend Cuca.
