First time trying Bari-uma. Had the Chashu Uma. Quite surprised by the flavour, it's delicious; the broth is well balanced; I actually ordered an extra serving of noodle, which is nice and springy; the chashu is chewy and flavorful. However, the gyoza is just alright. Price is reasonable, good portion. Service and atmosphere are good too.

too little for the price
Some people eat noodles when they are hungry. I eat noodle because I like it a lot, its good that ramen restaurants are growing in many places Bariuma is one of them. I like the ambience and like the taste Unfortunately, I thin the price is way too expensive for the amount in the bowl. Just not worth it. Will not come back

My girlfriend and I were in Setiabudi ONE looking for a good ramen for lunch. We went to the one in the first floor but it was full so we went to the one upstairs which we later learned that it was Bariuma. We didnt expect much, considering it was not our first option. Then the ramen we ordered came and the first sip got us both in a total state of shock. It was as if the broth cast a spell on us and left us petrified. I looked at my girlfriend and she looked back at me with the same shocked eye contact. We savor the broth then slowly moved on to the pork cutlets which then just melted in our mouth. Both of us needed to reel back and just hum in pleasure as the result of the aftermath from those blessed cutlets. Not only that, but the service was prompt and we adore the practical separation between halal and non halal food. Not only the taste was excellent, but the place itself was well managed. Well done, Bariuma. Simply the best ramen we have ever had in Jakarta.
