A Lesser Known Culinary Gem !
This place is not known to many tourist, but for me, Dwi serves the best Nasi Babi Guling (compared to Pak Dobiel, Pak Malen or Bu Oka). The Nasi Babi Guling is not as spicy as Pak Dobiel’s, the sambal included gives just the right amount of spiciness. The Babi Guling itself is tender and taste good The owner loves to talk to the guests, and somehow I found that the dialogue with them is interesting and lively Dwi is located just across Hotel Santika Siligita, so you can just set your Google Map or Waze to this hotel. The place itself is modest and can easily be missed if you don’t look carefully Price update as of June 2017 : IDR 40K for a plate of Nasi Babi Guling Other menu : Nasi Ayam Betutu, or you can just ’create your own’ dish from the available selection

Very good authentic Balinese Babi Guling
Babi guling is really good, although the portion is quite decent, can't resist the second one. Meat is moist and tender, crackling pork skin and pork crackers is one of the best ever tasted. Local people always said this one is more authentic than Chandra (at Denpasar) or dobiel (nearby). This small restaurant doesn't look as convincing as the food, just sit and give a try and you will always coming back.

Cheaper alternatives for suckling pig
Rather than Dobiel which resided not quite far and very crowded, I found the suckling pig in Dwi's cheaper and the owner is more talkative and always asks me if I want some more rice. The meat was tender, the soup was not spicy but rather clean with a hint of celery. If you arrived in the morning (they usually open after 10AM until evening), Ibu will serve you the soup with pork meatballs. Ask more chilly for better taste.
