Evening, Very loud music, most of the drinks were not available. sadly the 'open music night' was not great bands (poor quality) and was far too loud (couldn't even have conversation.) the 'extensive' drinks menu was complete let down, with only two (of the 12) beers available, and the cocktails were 'average' at best. Slow, and not the most friendly table service. this is a bit out of town, and we didn't bother to make the effort to go back. Average.

Hog roast: overpriced and underwhelming
Came here on a Saturday with my parents. Out the front you could see them cooking a suckling pig on a spit. Looked alright so we thought we’d give it a shot. We could see 3 suckling pig options on the menu; one “set menu” and 2 other frankly bizarre combinations either with tuna or stuffed inside a chicken with spaghetti (see image). We opted for the set menu - 3 courses for 150k. Starter (soup) and main (pig & boiled rice) arrived at the same time on the same plate. Disappointingly having seen the pig being cooked over hot coals, the rather small portion of meat that was served was stone cold and incredibly fatty. Really disappointing quality, it almost seemed like we’d been served the offcuts. I watched them loading some freshly shredded meat off the pig and onto a serving platter that was taken away somewhere. Unfortunately, I couldn’t see what that item could have been on the menu. I ate some of it my main but didn’t enjoy the quality. Desert was either fresh fruit (6 slices of melon with a wedge of lime) or a scoop of ice cream. You know a meal has been underwhelming when the best dish of the lot was the soup. For a 150k a head I would expect markedly better quality food. You could get a banquet elsewhere for that price in Sanur. Avoid this hog roast at all costs. To add insult to injury there was the customary live singing with guitar which was just painful. The best part of the set was their break. Sorry Ayucious Trophy, your competition are doing it better!

Great pizza (yes, I know it's not very Balinese...)
We stumbled upon this place one night and became suddenly very peckish after seeing a pizza being served to another diner at the bar. Really nice thin crust pizza which served 2 of us with pieces to spare (which we took home and ate the next day!!). Really cold beers and nice wine. Lots of sports to watch. No loud music, which was a distinct bonus. Returned again the next night as enjoyed our visit. Worth visiting, especially if you want to chat and enjoy some nice drinks and good food.
