Who are eligible for this plan?
You are eligible to be insured with COVID-19 Health Insurance if you are an Indonesian citizen aged between 6 months – 65 years old.
How to get protected
Book your ticket
Go to Traveloka website or open your Traveloka app and proceed with your ticket booking.
Add COVID-19 Insurance to your booking
Fill in the contact information needed and tick the COVID-19 Insurance checkbox.
Submit Payment
Complete your payment using the selected method.
Your trip is now protected
Once payment is confirmed, your insurance certificate will be sent to your registered email.
How to claim
Fill out claim form
You can fill out the claim form online at www.qoala.app or download the claim form here
Upload claims
You can upload your claims via www.qoala.app or send your claim form and supporting documents to Qoala Insurtech Whatsapp number on 08111171708 no later than 14 days from the date the Insured was diagnosed.
Payout in 30 working days
