Guests are requested to wear proper swimming attires when using any of our swimming pools. This is to ensure everyone gets to enjoy this much loved facility and most of all to ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the swimming pools. Swimwear requirements: 1. Proper swimming attire must be worn in the pool. It MUST BE designed for swimming, made of Lycra, spandex, nylon or neoprene. Both men and women, children included using the hotel’s swimming pool may choose to wear regular type of swimming attires or Muslim swimming attires. AVOID allowing your children who may still be in diapers to use the pool. Please be informed that, our poolside counter also provides proper swimming attires for rental.

With the current SOP implemented by the Malaysian authorities, we have embraced series of safety standards and precautionary measures across our properties, in accordance with the guidelines provided. In line with the latest directive from the Government, please note that our hotels are now open for staycations and travelling purposes, and our Food & Beverage outlets are allowed to have dine-in guests. To comply with these regulations, all guests checking-in are required to provide proof of Full Vaccination via the MySejahtera Digital Certification. Guests visiting the hotels are required to scan the MySejahtera QR code at the entrance, prior to entry for contact tracing purposes. In addition, our swimming pool facilities are now accessible to guests.

SUSTAINABILITY FEE Please be informed that the State of Pahang has imposed a Sustainability Fee of RM 3.00 per room per day to all hotel guests with effect from 1 March 2022; in accordance to the Pahang Hotel Regulation 2021. This Sustainability Fee is to be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the Government and it is not included in the total room cost.

Removing and shifting of furniture including separating of mattress from the Divan is strictly not permitted as this will cause damage to the items. A penalty fee will be imposed for the cleaning and re-arranging of furniture and mattress to its original position.

Any damage to the mattress and/or Divan, a fee of replacement will be charged.

If the room is found to be excessively messy, a penalty fee will be imposed for cleaning of the room.

All rooms in the hotel are designed as NON-SMOKING Rooms. cleaning fee will be imposed for non-compliance.

Children aged 11 years and below stay for free on bed only basis when using existing bedding, breakfast is not included.
