a. A tourism tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is excluded from the room rates and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

b. All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are nett prices, inclusive of 0% Goods and Services Tax (GST). In the event there is a change in GST, the Hotel reserves the right to revise the contract rates.

c. Notwithstanding, the Hotel reserves the right to revise the room rates quoted herein should there be a revision and/or introduction of new tax/levy imposed by the government. Such tax/levy shall be borne by the guest.

All guest should be adhere to the Room Policy (as below):

i. Kindly to be informed, guest booking for Panorama Pool Villa please proceed to Lighthouse Club for check in and check out process.

ii. Smoking, cooking, and outside food are strictly not allowed in the room and resort area.

iii. Any request for a specific room will be subjected to a surcharge. The surcharge amount differs for the type of request made.

iv. Surcharge will be subjected to special request such as late check-out, extra person in the room, extra bed, extra mattress, and etc. Guests are encouraged to contact hotel directly for further clarification.

v. Compulsory breakfast is required for 3rd and 4th person in room.

vi. Additional person in the room to be declared at the front desk and subject to the above charges and based on bedding configurations and sharing existing bed.

vii. Complimentary for children age 0 to 3 sharing existing bedding with parents.

From 01stJanuary 2020, the Panorama Pool Villa, Panorama Pool Sea View Villa, Imperial Suites & Presidental Suite will only include Breakfast & Evening Cocktail

Children and extra beds • Extrabed is not available in the Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson • All children are welcome. Others • Sky Pool Villa is located in the Tower Block. • We regret to inform you that extra beds/rollaway beds are not available in the Resort. • We regret to inform you that during MCO some of our activities & Services may not be available for the safety of all our guests. • Maximum occupants allowed are four persons (4) per villa, six persons (6) for Imperial Suites, and eight persons (8) for Presidential Suites. • Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration. • Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. • Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional persons above the maximum number of occupants as per hotel policy are chargeable at the discretion of the Resort. • No pets allowed. Cooking in the rooms, outside food & raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, and cooking appliances are prohibited at the Resort. • Luggage and hand carry items are subject to search, and prohibited items will be confiscated for storage until check-out. • No fishing is allowed at the Resort, as the waters are protected by the local environment authorities. Fishing rods will not be allowed into hotel premises. • In an effort to curb the spread of Covid-19, no room decoration by outside third parties is allowed to decorate guest rooms. A cleaning fee of RM150.00nett will be imposed if any unauthorized decorations are set up in the room, including but not limited to balloons, confetti, banners, etc. For room decoration packages by the Hotel, please contact our reservations department. • All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and are nett prices, inclusive of 6% service tax (from 1st January 2022 onwards). In the event there is a change in tax by Federal Government, the property reserves the right to revise the contract rates. • The property reserves the right to revise the room rates quoted if there is a revision and/or introduction of a new tax/levy imposed by the government. Such tax/levy shall be borne by the guest. • The hotel is open for essential workers. All guests are required to present a Miti letter and other necessary travel documents upon check-in. Failed to do so, guests will not be allowed to check-in. The hotel is also open for people who are fully vaccinated (completed 2 doses). Guests are required to show the COVID-19 vaccination digital certificate upon arrival. Failed to do so, guests will not be allowed to check-in. • When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
