Menyesal maksimal, mending nginap di hotel🥲Kamar berdebu lantainya, jadi dtang-dtang ngepel dulu 🤣, parkir SUSAH (tidak bisa juga naik ke P7, parkiran yang sejajar dengan unit), parkir hitungan per jam (jadi anggap tadi saya check in jam 15.00an, lalu saya check out besok jam 10.00, brarti biaya parkir saya 95000.

Check in process was very complicated, they asked me to do swab test (antigen) before check in. They should do disinfection for the unit instead asked customer to spend more money for antigen test. I used to book through other online agent and there was no such condition like this ever happened. When arrived at lobby the room boy was late to pass the key or to pick us up. We waited for the room boy at lobby. They gave welcome drinks like 2 small bottles of mineral water, and we were three people who stayed there. Missing one bottle for one person, they could give us medium size bottle of water (normal size) not such very small bottle for baby/kids. Water Dispenser was there but no water at all, it was empty gallon. We planned to cook but no gas for the stove. We asked them to refill water gallon and gas, they only did for gas. For water we need to buy it self. Unprepared unit for guest, this is how I describe it. Everything we need to complaint first. Ruined our mood. And would never back again. I think the owner is very stingy.
