- When you land at Phuket International Airport (HKT), the representative staff will be waiting at the exit opposite PP Mart Shop (for domestic arrival) or at the exit between Gate 3 and Gate 4 (for international arrival) holding your name on a signboard.
- Show your Traveloka voucher on your phone to the staff at the appointed pick up time. Please adjust the brightness of your mobile phone screen before scanning the QR code on your voucher.
- Only your Traveloka voucher is valid. Your payment receipt or proof of payment may not be used to enter.

1. General Terms & Conditions:
- Maximum capacity (a) for sedan is 3 passengers + 3 luggage, (b) for MPV is 4 passengers + 4 luggage, and (c) for van is 10 passengers + 5 luggage.
- Standard size luggage is 24”. Any oversize luggage will be counted as 2 luggage.
- One child seat is available upon request free of charge for children under 109 cm or aged between 0 – 4 only (subject to availability). Please call +66 61 190 9559 to request a child seat. Additional child seats will incur THB200 surcharge per seat to be paid directly to the driver.
- Same-day booking must be completed AT LEAST 3 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time.
- Food, drinks, substances with strong odors, and dangerous or illegal items are prohibited on the vehicles.
- Passengers are not allowed to drive the vehicle. The vehicle is meant to be operated by the assigned driver only.

- THB50 surcharge for one-way transfer to these areas: Kamala, Kathu, Patong, Cape Panwa, Chalong, Karon, Kata, Ko Kaeo, Koh Siray, Nai Harn, Phuket Town, Ratsada, Rawai, Talat Nuea, Talat Yai, Wichit
3. Waiting Time for Airport Pick Up:
- For arrival (airport pick up), the driver will wait for you up to 1 hour (domestic flight) or 2 hours (international flight) after your flight landing time. If your flight is delayed beyond that, please email or message the operator immediately to check if the driver is still available. Additional surcharge will incur if the driver waits for you longer than the maximum waiting time specified.
- If the driver or operator cannot contact you after 1 hour (domestic flight) or 2 hours (international flight) have passed, your booking will be considered as “no show” and NO refund can be made.
- In case of unusual delay caused by unforeseen circumstances, please contact the operator within 2 hours of landing to request a full refund.
- The operator can guarantee extra waiting time in case of flight delay IF you provide a valid flight number. Please call +66 61 190 9559 before boarding in order to confirm that you flight will be delayed.
4. Waiting Time for Hotel Pick Up:
- For departure (hotel pick up), it is recommended that your preferred pick up time is AT LEAST 3 hours prior to the scheduled flight time due to unpredictable traffic condition. Consider taking more time to if you’ll be catching an international flight, or traveling during rush hours or in a rainy season. The operator shall not be held responsible if you miss your flight.
- The driver will wait at your hotel up to 30 minutes after the agreed pick up time. If the driver or operator contact you after 30 minutes have passed, your booking will be considered as “no show” and NO refund can be made.
- Rescheduling is available upon request and subject to availability. Please call +66 61 190 9559 to reschedule your reserved airport transfer service.
- All rescheduling must be done at least 2 hours before the confirmed pick up time.
