— What You Can Expect —

Abeno HARUKAS is a new must-see landmark in Osaka that officially opened on March 7, 2014. It combines multiple functions such as shopping malls, hotels, art galleries, and an observation deck. You can enjoy shopping and food while enjoying the splendid view. The 360-degree sky corridor on the 60th floor of Abeno is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling tempered glass. If the weather permits, you can also see the sweeping scenery from Kyoto to Rokko Mountains, Akashi Kaikyo Bridge to Awaji Island, Ikoma Mountains, and Kansai International Airport.

The Umeda Sky Building to the north of Osaka Station is a super high-rise connected building with 40 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. It consists of two buildings, Tower East, and Tower West. The top is connected by a circular sky garden observatory, which is one of the few 360-degree outdoor roof observatories in Japan. This is not only a popular viewing spot for one of the top 100 sunset views in Japan, but it is also an excellent place to enjoy the bustling view of Osaka after nightfall.

Exhibiting more than 50 types of trains from different eras, Kyoto Railway Museum allows you to admire the changes that the trains have gone through as time passed. It has an interactive area where you can drive a virtual train if you are lucky enough to be picked through a lucky draw. Don't be afraid to try your luck here. You should enjoy your train lunch box inside the dining car adapted from an old train. Tourists, young and old alike, can enjoy an authentic mealtime within a real train.

[HARUKA One-Way Ticket (QR Code Limited Edition)]

Ticket content: The Kansai-Airport Express "HARUKA" is a convenient and cozy limited express train which directly links Kansai Airport with stations in the major cities of Kansai such as Tennoji, Osaka, Shin-Osaka, and Kyoto. From Kansai Airport Station, it takes approximately 35 minutes to get to Tennoji, 50 minutes to Shin-Osaka, and 80 minutes to Kyoto.

Eligibility: Persons aged 12 and above (based on the age counting from the redemption date of the ticket) holding a passport issued by a foreign government other than Japan with a "Temporary Visitor" Visa.
*Please note that holders of a student visa or a work visa are not allowed to use this service.
*If you are found to not meet the eligibility when using the ticket, you will be charged an additional fee for unauthorized use. Please confirm the status of residence in your passport in advance.

Which car to sit in: A special car of the HARUKA Express (Car No. 4) with reserved seats.

How to redeem your ticket: Please scan the QR Code on your e-ticket at the E-ticket
"Redemption Machine" beside the ticket gate of Kansai Airport Station for the "Rail Pass ticket". Passengers with a rail pass ticket should present it at the manual ticket gate to enter the station, and are not allowed to enter the station through the automatic ticket gate.
*For regulations for ticket redemption at the E-Ticket Redemption Machine, please refer to the official website .
*If the E-Ticket Redemption Machine does not work properly, please redeem your e-ticket at the JR-West ticket office (Midori no Madoguchi). Please refer to the official website to check how to redeem the e-ticket at JR-West ticket office (Midori no Madoguchi).

Notes:
1. You are not allowed to get on the train from any station other than Kansai Airport Station
2. Holders of a HARUKA train ticket can only take a reserved seat on the HARUKA Express and are not allowed to take any other express train. If the reserved-seat car (car No. 4) of your train is crowded, you can take an unreserved seat.
*If the reserved train is delayed, you can also take an unreserved seat on other HARUKA Express trains.
3. You can redeem your e-ticket from 5:30 am. to 5 minutes before the last train of the Kansai-Airport Express "HARUKA" on the day of boarding, or at least 5 minutes before the departure of the train you intend to take.
4. If you arrive at Kansai Airport after the last train of the HARUKA Express departs, the ticket cannot be used.
*Please check the official website for the time of the last train of the HARUKA Express.
5. Once the e-ticket is redeemed for a “Rail Pass ticket”, you are not allowed to get a refund or change the use date or train. If you need a refund, please contact Traveloka before redeeming your e-ticket.
6. The "Rail Pass ticket" cannot be reissued if you lose it. Please buy a new ticket.
7. If the "Rail Pass ticket" is suspended after you take the train with your train ticket, no refund will be made.
8. After you have redeemed your e-ticket for a "Rail Pass ticket", if the train you plan to take is suspended before you board it, please use the non-reserved seats of another HARUKA train or the Kansai Airport Rapid Service. If you do not wish to take a JR train, please show your physical "Rail Pass ticket" at Kansai Airport Station to apply for a refund.
*If you take a non-reserved seat of another HARUKA train or the Kansai Airport Rapid Service, the train ticket will not be refunded.

After taking the HARUKA Express to Tennoji, Osaka, Shin-Osaka, or Kyoto, you can transfer to a regular train to a station in Osaka or Kyoto (please note that you are only allowed to get off the train at designated stations).

Where to redeem your e-ticket: Please redeem your ticket and the drink voucher at the Kuchu Teien Observatory on the 39th floor of the Umeda Sky Building.

Notes:
1. The admission ticket can only be used once; you are not allowed to re-enter the venue after leaving it.
2. The business hours may be different on special business days. Before departure, please check the business hours on the official website.
