The JetQuay Suites is single occupancy only.
No animals are allowed at JetQuay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within JetQuay Suites.
A fine of SGD500 will be imposed on anyone caught
smoking.
Guests who book rooms with hourly usage rates are limited
to a maximum of 6 hours from time of check-in.Additional
hour extension available on-site.For more details,
please contact us using the information found on the
reservation confirmation received after booking.
Connecting rooms are subjected to availability.Guests
can book 2 rooms and indicate a preference for connecting
rooms.Per hour extension available on-site.
Guests arriving via Terminal 2 transit are required to
clear through our private immigration counter at JetQuay
and a valid visa to enter Singapore is required.There
will be no refunds if passenger are unable to pass
through immigration due to visa issues.
Guests arriving from the city must present valid
ID/passport and confirmation booking form at the security
in order to access CIP Terminal.
Cancellation and/or Amendment:
Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation
must be made 24 hours prior to your reservation.
Refunds will not be given for cancellation and/or
amendments made within 24 hours prior to your
reservation.
Directions to JetQuay CIP Terminal:
For Transiting Passenger with no check-in baggage.
JetQuay Suites are located within CIP Terminal which is connected to Changi Airport Terminal 2. For T1 and T3 passengers,please kindly take the skytrain to T2. Upon reaching T2, follow the directions to JetQuay CIP Terminal located near F60.
Alternatively, you may wish to contact JetQuay in advance of your expected arrival time through the booking site to arrange a complimentary shuttle from Gate F51 (subject to availability).
For Arrival/Departing/Transiting Passenger and Non-Travelers:
BY MRT/BUS - Alight at Changi Airport MRT Station. Walk towards Terminal 2, Level 1. You will need to walk through the multi-storey carpark and outdoor carpark to reach JetQuay CIP Terminal.
BY CAR: Drive towards Terminal 2 and as you approach Changi Airport you will see signs for the CIP Terminal and VIP Complex. Follow the signs towards Terminal 2 and towards the CIP Terminal. Turn left towards the T2 Carpark 2A and follow the road straight ahead, you will see the JetQuay sign towards the left. Turn left into the CIP Terminal gates.
Please proceed to JetQuay CIP Terminal Front Desk directly for check-in. Guests arriving from the city must present valid ID/passport and confirmation booking form at the security in order to access CIP Terminal.
