Everything ran nicely. I was able to check in earlier before 15.000. Comfy room and hot water. Also clean

First of all, we are very happy with the front office staff very helpful and kind, the room was setup quick, and we can entry the room early. The room so clean and cozy… the location also easy to reach with MRT, bus or grab / taxi.

The room is not very spacious, but there is a bunk bed so it can be for me and my parents (total of 3 people). The staff was very helpful at check out, when I needed a taxi, they helped call for me. Thank you.😊

Proses check in cepat, bisa titip koper. Kamar bersih dan tertata rapi. Akses ke bus stop deket. Ke MRT Aljuneid jalan kaki

Hotel secara keseluruhan baik, paling sela-sela kasur aja yang kurang bersih, staff hotel ramah, ada salah satu madam yang ramah tetap pertahankan, terus untuk backpacker ini hotelnya bagus, tapi akses MRT jauh dan harus naik bus, dan dari hotel ke Bus sekitar 300 meter agak lumayan, kalau untuk bawa orang tua kayanya harus naik taxi / grab gitu. Oh dan untuk yang holiday isinya cewe semua saran daerah mau masuk persimpangan hotel banyak toko makanan dan banyak cowok -cowok ngumpul / nongkrong jadi ramai kalau malam jadi agak ngeri tapi Alhamdulillaah masih aman. Jadi mending kalau nginep di sini mending bawa adek cowok/ayah /kakak laki-laki buat jagain hehe. Tapi kalau disuruh balik lagi tentu aku balik lagi kalau harga murah. I am happy with the hotel service only the air con not cold eunogh at all.

Clean rooms, nice location, near bus stop, plenty of restaurant nearby, friendly staff also.
