The room looks exactly like stated by picture. Never thought the room was bigger as my child can run and go round in the room. The breakfast also great and we are satisfied with overall services they provided includes toiletries!

I saw a very reasonable price offered. so I grab for 2 nights. it was totally awesome. all I need was a calm environment for me to gain idea for my job task. at the same time I need to take care of my toddler. so the room is equipped with bath tub, with wide see through glass window as a wall breaker. I can let my boy bath while I am using my laptop on the bed! we also had ordered fish and chips for the room service. the fish is so fresh, definitely enough to fulfill 2 stomach! room also have all the amenities like iron/board, in house slipper, safe box, toiletries, enough towels, extra pillow in the closet, nice laundry beg! a lot of channels to watch and cozy room. staff were amazingly friendly from the front office till room service personnel. and I put my DND notice thus, the housekeeping never knock my room. thanks so much. hope to stay here again. we didn't have the time to try their swimming pool. but I saw the pool and I think we will try later when we check in again.

I had a pleasant stay. Not so strict swimming pool rules, I like!! Staff is nice. Would definitely come again. (I found a fingertips under the bed, euw)

Only staying one night but experience was great! Breakfast was delicious especially the beef rendang. Husband said, we gonna repeat our staying because of the breakfast 😂 room was super spacious, should take the smaller one haha! Clean, and satisfying ✨ highly recommended 👌🏻 just the parking la. Need more parking lot.

Not enough parking space for guests. I was told by the concierge that the lots was only available for 4 vehicles. If hotel's management can waive our parking fees that we've been charged by 1 borneo that would be great. Receptionist was really helpful, request for pool view and we got it 😊

Hi klagan regency. Recently our department had an event there and I like to tell you that our dinner that night was delicious! With its soft blackpepper, tofu with crab is also very good. I spent the night there too, and the next morning for breakfast made me and my friends very happy. Garlic fried rice is simple but very tasty and fragrant. And all the food that you provide is delicious. As usual hotels food is so very common and tasteless, but yours is superb! I will definitely come again as long as the garlic fried rice served. :) anyway thanks again.
