Staying here is very close to tourist attractions, the hotel is nice and clean, it is really worth it for those who go to KL and want to stay near Bukit Bintang.

The first staff is not friendly, the second staff is friendly. The room is very minimal, the shower can't be turned on, but for those who are on a budget it's okay. Strategic location.

The only thing that I like about this hotel is the location near alor street and MRT station. I'm booked the room with large bed, but they give me twin bed and doesn't informed before. The air condition is so noise.

clean room, unfriendly staff, room had to be asked to be cleaned, stayed 2 nights but tax was asked for 30 ringgit, while in the next hotel per night they were only asked for 10 ringgit for tax.

The water is not flowing. On the 2nd day, the room was not cleaned, even though it had been reported. So the equipment on the 2nd day was useless. I don't want to stay here again.

Great location at Bukit Bintang. Near Alor Street and Mon Chinese Beef Roti. The room is good, clean, just lack of amenities. Overall quite good.

Should improve their service. No changing new towels for 2 nights stay due to their reasons. They should expected it could happened during Christmas time & be prepared. The location is strategic and many tourists came to ask for rooms. Should make it even better to give the foreigners good impressions.
