Hotel is a wreck. Has no beach access. Fotos on booking site do not represent present situation fotos probably from 10 years ago. Pool is dirty, room is dirty, TV broken, bathroom very old. Moldy. Ac control broken. Breakfast is very limited and very bad quality food in the open while the mold is about to fall from the ceiling mushrooms (mold) growing from the cabinets behind the bar. Not worth almost 700k a night. This would not rate even a 1 star hotel while they pretend to be 4 star. Staff is friendly but will never go near this place again.

Strategic hotel, close to waterboom and Kuta Beach. We'll just walk. The employees are friendly. The drawback is that the toilet / WC flush is clogged and the air conditioner in my child's room is not cold enough. But it's nice to stay there with family. 😘

Weaknesses: old Balinese architectural hotel that needs rejuvenation and maintenance, I ordered 4 rooms for 3 nights and all are on the 1st floor, all rooms have pluses and minuses, some have cold AC but the bathroom has problems and smells. Some have good bathrooms but the AC is not cold, the cleanliness of the rooms is not good, the reception service is standard. Pros: strategic location, spacious parking, easy access

Don't expect too much. The location is strategic, the facilities "look" luxurious and complete. The room is big and has a bathtub (superior room), but the room is dirty and the building is not very well maintained. The bathroom door handle and shower faucet are just really rusty. Hopefully it can be fixed in the future. Breakfast buffet but really sober.

Comfort, but still need big improvement. Room not clean, no good towel for foot. Old table (wood), so many egg and wood small. And don't have access to beach. As I know last last I was in there, have acces to beach.
