So happy to be able to be in this hotel. I just checked in because previous hotel is not nice. Moving to doubletree is best decision, staff was really friendly and explain well for anything I need. I got incident in this hotel but hotel provide quick action on my case so I saved money for this, so happy. I stayed 2 nights here, the fitness center is super complete, all machines and facility are quite new. Amenities complete, just perfect for staycation or short transit. Would love being here again next time.

This is my 4-5 times stayed in here! Their hospitality soo amazing! When my request can't fulfilled, one day before my arrival date, they text me to inform that smoking room preference is fully booked. Thank you to Mr. Malik, Mr. Amar, Mr. Rama and all OPEN restaurant's staff for your warmly hospitality. PS: I feel like the air conditioner in my room is not as cold as usual, Technicians have checked it but it's still not as cold as usual. Still in love to stay in here 🖤

I had stay because of people reviews the swimming pool is very spacious and very friendly for the kids. First impressions is amaze with the lobby and service from front office staff during check in, very straightforward and clear. Check in at 12.45 and within 15 minutes got the room key. Room is amazing and lighting is perfect. During breakfast the menu is a lot of choices and taste great. The kids station is bigger than other hotel and very friendly for the kids. The best is swimming pool is very spacious for kids and family friendly. My kids is very happy to stay here. Will comeback next available time.

When check-in no delay, no waiting too long, all in line and smooth process even though I pay in the hotels, also the staff so friendly and so welcome makes me even feels better, the welcoming cookies also warm and good, at noon I tried going down to the restaurant for dinner, at that time they are full book. But the staff give me great service so I can still have my dinner even though I do not have a book before. It's been a great experience. The next day I tried breakfast in the room. Also, they prepare it so well so I can enjoy my breakfast in my time and in my room. Hope I can see them again. Hope I can stay at this hotel again. Really awesome service guys. Thank you

We had a cozy and chill moment every time we stayed at Double Tree. The warm welcome, hospitality is spot on, yummy cookies, very good food, and the coffee is delicious. Just one tiny feedback, the connecting door is thin, we can hear the noise from the next door and the music chosen is too “clubby” I hope we can chill and have a moment of cozy and chill vibe with family in the pool area.

Extremely happy with all facilities and the warmest hospitality from the hotel staff. Only a few hotels in Jakarta can offer resort-like facilities. We enjoyed much with the swimming pool and food. It was my third stay at this hotel. Thanks, Doubletree by Hilton Jakarta.
