We really enjoyed our stay here, all of the staffs are very polite, kind, and helpful. Our room is clean and spacious. All the hotel facilities are amazing and well maintained. Very recommended! We had dinner at the restaurant too and it was delicious and quite affordable for what it is. The breakfast food is also super. Will definitely come back 😊

Good location, very comfortable hotel, kids friendly.
However, the staff's standard is different, when I needed a lighter, one of the staff said there were none, but another staff immediately provided a lighter with an Aryaduta box.

I arrived at 13.00. And I was able to enter the room right away. All the staff were friendly, greeting every guest. Especially the cleaning service on the 7th floor. Nice and friendly. The receptionist was also friendly. Kids friendly.

Got a room on the 2nd floor with the condition when we first checked in there were no towels, the telephone was dead and the night light was blinking.
When I woke up my child almost fell because there was a lot of water in front of the toilet door, it turned out that the AC water was leaking.

It is very suitable for a vacation here, even though it is in the middle of the city, but the natural atmosphere is really good and the kids are happy. It seems like they will come here again because it is their favorite place. especially the swimming pool 🤩👍

Just a little while staying moved to another room from business suite to premiere with the reason of cigarette smell. Next maybe can be more noticed for example the size of the same room, then in the room there is a sharp pillow on the zipper.
