Nice and clean bedroom and bathroom. Toothbrush, sandals, electric kettle are available. TV channels is limited and internet connection is not very good. Window can't be opened.

I have visited here twice for long vacations and short vacations, there has been no change in terms of service and cleanliness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the staff was friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast 🍴+ free mineral water. And for sure I will come back here when I visit Yogja because of its strategic location with places to eat and Malioboro 🤝

Definitely one of the best homestay in Tirtodipuran area. It has enough space for parking with secure area. The room is comfort and quite spacious. Especially if you compare with budget hotel. The staff also friendly and very helpful with your request. So, will consider to stay here again next time.
