Hotel is ok if you are staying for only one night. However majority of the Staff don't speak English and can be very difficult especially when checking out early in the morning. My biggest issue was, I had agreed a price in advance however the Hotel decided to charge me more on my Credit Card, and was rude upon checking out (raising their voice and body language. Furthermore, I had to constantly chase them for my money, they stated they were 'simply busy', and not get an apology either. Will not stay here again, extremely disappointing.

Un excellent accueil au sein de cet établissement. J'avais une chambre très exposée sur la route et il a été possible d'en obtenir une nouvelle un peu plus au calme. Je regrette néanmoins le manque de propreté dans la chambre au niveau des meubles où j'ai retrouvé des traces collantes et j'avais également un soucis de douche ainsi qu'un sèche cheveux mural en panne. Outre cela, le repas proposé le soir était très bon ainsi que le petit déjeuner. La literie était également confortable !

Nous avions réservé une chambre double confort et à notre arrivée, bien que nous l’ayons de nouveau précisé, les employés ont eu l’air gêné, et nous ont donné notre chambre… pas confort. En fait on a eu une chambre normale. Nous avons donc réclamé ce pour quoi nous avons payé (pour personne à mobilité réduite en plus) et finalement ils nous l’ont donnée… ça sent l’arnaque. Mais franchement chambre très décevante. Ça ne vaut pas un 3 étoiles. Lit très étroit et pas confortable du tout, nous avons très mal dormi. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
