Kilo, representing the letter K in the world of communication. Located in Seminyak, stands a brilliant kitchen exhibiting a somewhat eye catching architecture. From the entrance, one can peek inside. A glass-walled building looking more like a gallery of art is situated. And as you can expect, Kilo does serves marvellous dishes and astonishing plating. The Korean chicken bulgogi captured my attention to be elected as a humble starter. The chicken was perfectly timed, the soft texture of the meat was very entertaining. You just can't halt after the first bite. I was recommended the Truffled Tai Yuzu Roll. The roll is mainly constructed of crab meat and snapper. I was so eager to experience more of this kitchen. To my excitement, the roll delivers something unique. They're bathing the concord of crab and snapper in a refreshing sauce. Light and refreshing to the tongue. And as for the encore, the chocolate lava cake interested me. The cake is simply just another creation of art. The chocolate lava cake was accompanied by a yellowish scoop of ice cream topped by a single leaf and strawberries as it's feet. There was even "snow" sprinkled all over. The lava satisfied my soul, the sweetness was just right. The cake was fluffy. Words are just insufficient to define precisely. Overall, Kilo offers you new adventures. Place is cool and cozy. Foods are, well, amazing.
