Nice budget hotel. very spacious. so close with Loh guan lye hospital. you only need to cross the road. very recommended for those who want to visit LGL hospital. clean and nice service. it has 7/11 next to the hotel and pharmacy.

I spent 3 nights here and the service is very good. The room is clean and spacious yet the towels cleanliness need to be improved. The hotel location is just across the Loh Guan Lye hospital and it is quite near to some small restaurants. Whenever I need to go to Loh Guan Lye hospital, I will stay here again.

Important Note
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

General Check-in Instructions
A tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night (imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. Hotel converted into Smoke-Free premise from April 2017. Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel premises (room, lobby, cafe, function room, etc). Alternatively, a designated smoking area will be provided in front of the hotel for smoking guests. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card/cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special requests such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out, non-smoking room, etc., are strongly subject to availability & cannot be guaranteed. You are encouraged to contact the hotel at least 24 hours before arrival for the special requests. Hotel may charge you an additional fee of MYR 100.00nett for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Extra Bed it's available with charges. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.

Location right across hospital loh guan lye but no red light so not recommended for old people as busy street. Facility is OK standard good. Below got 7/11. The only lacking is the customer service. The lady in afternoon shift in short hair wear glasses stay there for 5 days never see her smile once and lack customer service communication. There is a way to talk to customer and definitely not her way lol the morning shift is not bad however there is a saying, one rotten egg can destroy whole dish. Train your employee properly as after all, this is a hospitality business. If the hotel owner is smart, they will train and make sure the employee know what hospitable and smile means to the business.
