The front desk staff is very cold, not even give us detail information about the basic hotel stuffs etc breakfast venue/facilities/or even wifi thing. Just gv the room card only. Very arrogant and not helpful enough. Use a lot of foreigner staffs too, I feel like I'm not in my country. Breakfast buffet also very pricy with 50 + limited salty nasi lemak. Won't come here anymore after this!

The room had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of someone with an Indian origin having been there moments before my arrival. The presence of pee stains on the toilet bowl seat is unacceptable and suggests poor cleanliness standards. Additionally, the bath towels emitted a stale smell, indicating they might not have been properly dried after washing, which is unhygienic and uncomfortable for guests. Pillows smelled horrible. FYI the lunch buffet is disappointing. 1/10.

The hotel lobby is so warm, I believe the lobby ' s temperature has badly affected all the staff. I have requested to upgrade my room with a receptionist but she cannot handle me to my expectations until I feeback to the manager Aileen. The hotel room is so dark and dirty bedsheet. Bathroom ' s wall is so stained like never get brushed.
