I did not expect the place was that big, with two swimming pools! The ambience is so Bali, surrounded by green view, this place is perfect for relaxing. There are many good food nearby, the staffs are friendly. Love staying here

Always a regular here, this time I tried the deluxe classic room, but the TV in room 306 had a bad picture. And for breakfast, I asked for it to be delivered at 07.48, the hotel told me to wait until 10. Even though I have work outside, I have to wait until 10. Hopefully it can be considered. All the staff are friendly, thank you.

The check in and check out process was fast, the room was quite spacious and clean, everything was okay (wifi, hot water, air conditioning, TV, amenities). The breakfast was delicious and quite varied. Always happy to come here, it feels like going to Bali, even though it's still in the city. Oh, yeah.. got 3 vouchers to use at Kuldesak Bar and Dine.

It turns out there are two locations, the new building and the old building. There are pros and cons. If you order a classic room, you can get it in the old building. The plus is that the atmosphere is quiet and more classic.
