Love this hotel! They allow us to check-in at 1.30 instead of standard 2pm. Room has very nice lovely interior. Rooftop pool is highly recommended. It’s super convenient cause they provide clean towel at pool so we can just swim and relax. Location is also very good. Very near with airport and Transmart. Nice breakfast also.

Everything is ok, but I was a bit surprised when at night all the lights and TV turned off by themselves, but that's okay, the important thing is that everything is ok.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights because of a family vacation agenda Overall okay in terms of price, location, cleanliness, amenities, food and facilities The only minus on the first night I had booked a non-smoking room but it turned out I was given a smoking one, maybe because it was full and happened to check in after Isha so I wanted to complain because I was already tired from the trip Stayed the second day, then requested to move rooms and was responded to very well, even offered to leave things while there were needs outside the hotel, even when I arrived at the hotel the items had been stored properly in the room by the hotel staff. Got a non-smoking room, comfortable, amenities as usual complete, shower worked well, as well as the refrigerator and water heater. The only minus in this room is that the drawer can't be closed, no matter because the drawer was not used anyway. What I liked the most was the sunset part on the rooftop while swimming with a view of the city of Jogja, this is highly recommended to try if you stay here Hopefully on another occasion if you go to Jogja again you can stay here Thx u satoria for giving a good experience on the last vacation part

Staying here for 4 days and 3 nights is worth it with a fairly reasonable price. Request a room on the top floor and get it on the 6th floor. The room is clean, comfortable and cool, all the facilities are there, and the lighting is sufficient. Ask for the room to be cleaned every morning. When I returned to the room at night, it was neat and clean. The staff is friendly.

the hotel and service are okay, but I asked for a compliment for writing on the glass and making a picture of a swan on the towel but it was not made. even though I have submitted this note in the application and wa service too. quite disappointed about this. but the rest is okay, the breakfast is also varied and delicious, the service is also friendly.

The staff are all friendly and very helpful. When I told them that my child has special needs, with their understanding, all the staff were very welcoming, to the point of offering to have breakfast delivered to my room. I was very touched. Thank you very much to the man at the front desk and the lady at the restaurant. For the delicious food and lots of choices, the fun thing is there is an Indomie option. Wow, the room is spacious, there is a lot of space for praying, with large windows so the room is not dark and gets lots of sunlight. Plenty of parking. Safe. The location is very strategic, there is a food stall next to the hotel. For finding something warm at night. Thank you Satoria again. We will come back to Satoria soon. ❤️

We didn't book the one with breakfast, so we won't review the breakfast. Overall it was very good and helpful. There was only a slight problem in the bathroom, the water flow was stagnant so we had to open the water hole in the bathroom. But the rest was very, very good. It was fun to stay at Satoria ❤️

Overall good, just a bit disappointed with the staff who was really afraid of breakfast if I didn't pay, they kept looking at me as if they were being watched (so the story is I brought a 9 year old child and was told to pay 65K for breakfast), even though from the beginning I said to pay later when I checked out, they chased us when we wanted to take the elevator and asked again how to pay 😌😌 even though we hadn't checked out yet..,
