The hot water is off, there are no guest slippers, the bed is itchy, the sheets smell damp and moldy.

first time staying here, nice room, friendly environment, fast and responsive service staff. near KFC, Indomart etc. God willing if LG holiday want to stay here again. eitssss the price of the room is very friendly in the pocket for me who is a mendang mendang better

The mattress is soft, the pillows are the same. The pillowcases are dirty and stained, they should be replaced with new ones. The key to room 215 is also broken, it is difficult to remove the key.

comfortable, strategic location, there is KFC, there is Indomaret across the hotel, the room is clean, but the hot water is not on even though I have reminded you for days, the sink is clogged and the sink pipe is leaking and there is no footwear in front of the bathroom door so the floor is wet in front of the bathroom door, because I have a baby I am afraid the children will slip so I use my dirty clothes as footwear in front of the bathroom door and the wifi is a bit slow, if the breakfast menu is delicious, the food is delicious, the swimming pool is clean, the location is cool and beautiful and the children are happy, thank you RHR, hopefully you will always be successful, next time we come again 😊

the room smells bad like it hasn't been used for a long time, especially the bathroom, there are lots of small animals like flies in the bathroom when you first enter. the interior of the room is old-fashioned. the hot water shower only comes out a little and you have to wait a few minutes for the water to get hot, the swimming pool has to go down a long way and is scary. it doesn't match the price you paid

The hotel is very strategic right in front of Kubu Hill. The hotel area has a fast food restaurant. The atmosphere of the hotel is very comfortable because there are lots of trees and the yard is spacious. You can park in front of the room because the room is shaped like a cottage. There is a cakrok/gazzebo available outside the room so it's really nice to bring a large family and have a barbeque there. It's just that the breakfast menu is less varied but the taste is quite good.
