Service is ok. Rooms are comfortable. There is direct access to the MKG food court. The downside is, finding a parking lot is half-hearted. Going around several times to get one, because it is also shared with the mall parking lot. Toiletries are arguably very minimal, no toothbrush + toothpaste. Soap, shampoo are so-so. Food (breakfast) is the biggest downside. Lack of taste, lack of variety. The fish fillet the other day was hard.

For a hotel with direct access to the mall, I think it's quite worth trying here. A clean room is the most important thing, for the facilities everything is okay. For drinks, there are dispensers in every corridor, although it's a bit of a PR to get out of the room again but it's not a problem.

My go to hotel for business trip. AC very cold, very clean, attached to MKG mall, very convenient if I don't bring a car. Staffs are very friendly and since I've been here several times they have my ID records already which makes check in time much more convenient.

The parking lot is quite cramped for cars because it is shared with mall visitors. Access to the mall is very easy on foot. Car/motorcycle parking is covered if you stay here. For soap, they only give you a sachet and a small soap, no toothbrush. The pillows are quite soft, the towels are clean, the room is quite spacious.

Please provide a toothbrush. Why do you have to pay for it again? Hotels everywhere always give it to guests for free, but instead they have to pay for it again.

Have stayed here several times, the location is strategic because it is above the mall, there is direct access to the mall entrance right in the food court area 🤣😁👍. The only minus is the breakfast, the taste and variety are lacking.
