Room 113 is quite good, forest nuance, there are trees, birds, giraffes, beetles, monkeys, can turn on the lights and the sound is on. enough to entertain the kids. this is my second time to Paquena Casa, compared to the previous room this is quite good, the staff is also quick, Ms. Liliana, she is the receptionist and room attendant. when the blanket looks dirty she immediately comes and changes it. if the laundry is not okay, just move to another laundry place. the breakfast food is lacking or rather not tasty. provide an option not to use breakfast @traveloka. the place is also uncomfortable, cramped, the staff are not friendly. it takes a long time to add side dishes even though we are the ones who eat according to the provisions of breakfast 1 room for 2. even though vegetarian, there can be sauteed enoki mushrooms maybe, there is tempeh / tofu, fritters / corn soup is also delicious. toys are also added. hopefully the swimming pool can be realized soon and the construction will be completed soon so that the view is more beautiful. oh yes, it's better to add trash cans

Room 112 is beautiful, classic atmosphere, green nuances make it cool. But what needs to be improved is the availability of water, because in the morning the water was completely off. Then for breakfast, it doesn't seem very stingy. Even though the quota is for two people in one room. We came together and asked for more eggs, which were given to us by the officer. Even though we entered using a breakfast coupon. In fact, if we could choose not to use breakfast, we would definitely choose not to use breakfast when booking the room. The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, but unfortunately the shower is only an upper shower, actually there is a shower that can be held but for some reason there is none so the shower bag part is broken. It's cool to stay here. The food is delicious, but the restaurant staff is not very agile and there are not many food choices so it's very crowded during breakfast

the atmosphere is quite beautiful even though there is construction next to it, hopefully it can be realized soon with a swimming pool. only the most uncomfortable thing is the very hard mattress. the towels are small and thin unlike hotels in general even though it is a 2 star, plus breakfast with a vegetarian menu with a narrow eating position. hopefully it can be rearranged so that it is a bit more spacious. because the breakfast is from Paquena casa and Kyodai. my child likes the toys, but hopefully there can be a discount for those who stay. for example 2 times playing 25 thousand or free 1 time playing. don't give the same price to those who are just visiting. also requested that it is being repaired, hopefully it can be played again soon. the others are B. but the atmosphere for toddlers is quite pleasant, the butterflies are also okay like in a fairy tale world 😍🥰. only that mattress, the body hurts there is no spring at all, it is really hard. then if you choose, don't choose room 111 like us. It's better to choose a room with a forest or teddy bear feel, in room 111 there is nothing typical of Paquena casa, it's not clear what the theme is. There is only a statue that if damaged will be fined 3.5 million, so my suggestion is to choose another room if you want to stay at Paquena casa. The friendliness of the staff is OK

The hotel was excellent, neat, clean, and had a beautiful view with a Spanish vibe. The air-conditioning was already switched on when we entered the room, making it cool and comfortable for us. The room was also fragrant, and each room had a different theme. The customer service was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Kudos to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Supriyandi, who offered to take us on a late-night tour around Singkawang late at night because we were not sure about the transportation there. He even recommended and bring us to great places to eat and visit. He was very patient and accommodating, ensuring we had an enjoyable and meaningful experience. He truly deserves a raise for his dedication. Overall, 5 stars for the hotel and its service.

I rented this hotel for 577 thousand rupiahs per night and I think it's really not worth it. The small room is cramped even though it looks spacious in the photo, and even worse, the breakfast is vegetarian and tastes bad. Oh my, it's like they don't really want to cook breakfast for the guests, the breakfast menu could be improved. The wifi also keeps on turning on and off, the water isn't that strong so I don't enjoy taking a shower.
