Hotel staff is friendly & service is fast

I respect the toiletries by request. But when I asked for it, it took a long time to be sent to my room. Plus, I requested to borrow a mukena, it took a long time, and ended up not sending me a mukena. And I decided to worship outside, while hanging out. Please be more responsive and agile. Because in my opinion, it has exceeded the tolerance limit for waiting time

almost no complaints here... I'm just not used to the concept of a separate bathroom area between the bathroom and the toilet everything feels comfortable... starting from the receptionist staff, security, waiters, technicians, housekeepers, all are very helpful... thank you for providing a very pleasant stay experience... I'm sure this place will always be my main option if I visit Malang again..

Hotel in the middle of Malang city that has good and satisfying service. The room is clean and the design is good. The room service is good and the breakfast service is also quite good. Overall Good.

Great, it was feel like in a dream home.

I stayed here for 2 days and 2 nights, a little disappointed with the breakfast experience on the first day, at that time there was a wedding event so the place was moved inside. because of the large number of guests so that food had to be queued, I got a portion around 9 o'clock. okay never mind still able to hold my stomach, after being contacted for breakfast, I went there. my child was enthusiastic to eat because he was hungry but what he got was almost all the food was finished on the menu, besides that the dining area was dirty there were many dirty plates still piled up on the dining table. the refill process was slow, if there were indeed a lot of guests they should always be on standby for the refill process and also the cleanliness of the dining room.

Price and facility are not comparable, in a 4 star hotel with that price you can get better facilities Staff are okay, friendly, inform that amenities can be taken when checking in or asked to be delivered to the room (not provided directly) Access to the floor of the room does not require a card Dark room, no center light (?) no plastic for trash, only 1 sandal is provided even though the contents are for 2 guests Cleanliness and comfort are okay, Gym and swimming pool are quite okay for a hotel of its class, Food is provided accordingly, standard taste

The hotel is very clean, seen from the floor starting from the lobby area to the room and bathroom floor. The room design is cozy and aesthetic. Complete facilities and fast wifi. The lights in the room add to the room's atmosphere to be cooler. Child-friendly with TV channels that children can enjoy. The swimming pool is clean and the water is warm (it's just that the chlorine is too much). The eco-friendly hotel concept is very cool and provides refillable water in every corner. recommended to stay here if there is an occasion in the Malang area.

Overall good, but not with the breakfast. Bathroom, it would be better if the toilet is not separated by a door from the bathroom.

for 4 hrs stay here so far have fun and all staff are friendly and fast response. for the location is very strategic and want to go anywhere is also convenient and across there is also a mini market.

The AC is really hot, it can't be turned down any further. It's too bad it's stuck at 27 degrees.

The AC is not working, I have tried calling the hotel technician but there is no change, how come the room temperature is still 26/27, the hallway is cold, this room feels like we are in a market. Please fix it, usually the central AC is cold, this is not, I am fed up with the room being so hot.
