Ibis Samarinda

the thing i like the most is, 1 room get free ice cube 1 basket. i like it! but, the mini coolbar is not cold huhu, but because there are ice cubes, it's okayy!

Comfortable hotel, fast check in and out, good facilities and food, what needs to be considered is the cafe guests in front of the hotel, because visitors use the chairs in the hotel lobby, even until it is full, we stood for quite a long time because there were no chairs left to be used by cafe visitors, and that always happens every time I stay here.

It was a great stay here.

Lack of toiletries, no wifi, one spoon and one glass missing.

The staff was friendly and fast response. The bedroom has a nice style. But the hotel needs to improve the taste of meals at breakfast, some were cold and tasteless.

All the staff are friendly and the rooms are ok, clean and fragrant.

It's so strange that the twin room is only for one person, it would have been better not to do it at all, if I had known that, I would have just taken the room without breakfast. Accor Group is like this, I wouldn't continue being a member.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, and clean, family friendly. I've stayed here several times and it's always recommended. It's not too far from the city center. 😄

I don't know, this is because I'm traveling from Java, maybe tired.. first time staying at ibis Samarinda.. because I always change transit hotels in Samarinda.. first arrived, greeted well at the front, immediately provided a trolley for luggage. then the receptionist, standard service got a room and what was proud, a huge trolley was pushed into the room myself.. oh well.. jeng jeng.. I had expected a small room. but this looks even narrower.. the position of the cupboard is difficult to store goods. the bathroom is safe, although small.. (if you want spacious, rent a suite) then at night. I wanted to borrow. a prayer mat, called the receptionist several times but no one answered. in the morning, I called the restaurant but it was connected to Mercure. room 1522 when I wanted to check out, the trolley was delivered + brought (very helpful) check out fast the food in the restaurant is delicious, the staff is friendly

POV from someone who has just stayed here a few times. The hotel is nice. The room is compact, not cramped or spacious. Maybe a table or sideboard can be added to put stuff. Then when I got unlucky in the bathroom, the ceiling was leaking. Even though it was fixed, it still leaked. I had to wait for the technician for quite a long time and the repair took a long time because he was waiting for his equipment/friend. Then, the soap dispenser in the bathroom seemed to be leaking too. The soap spilled out like it had been used for bathing. Then, I couldn't sleep at night because it was so noisy, people around my room were singing karaoke in the middle of the night and maybe the room wasn't soundproof enough so that's how it was, all their voices penetrated. The rest was good. All the food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, the place was clean. Worth the price 👍
