This is the second time I stay in this hotel. The first one I stayed in this hotel when the name of the hotel Savero Golden Flower in 2016. And the second one I stayed in this hotel few days ago. The service that they provide still awesome. Breakfast is very good. Tasty dan vary. They provide so many menus of breakfast so I feel so confused what should I eat first. Thanks for the great experience to spending night in this hotel 🥰

This hotel was awesome! All of the staff was great. I took a superior room. Even the room was a little bit small, but it was clean and neat. The lighting was also bright. They served refill water bottle in our room. Yes, less waste. hotel is located across to Kebun Raya Bogor, so at the morning, we can enjoy the scenery by walking around. The indoor swimming pool saved us even it was raining outside. And please give attention for the breakfast buffet menu! They served a very complete and tasty menu set. From Indonesian menu to the Western. Traditional food like jajanan pasar to salad and yogurt. Coffee, tea, milk, and milk tea. Surely, we will come back again to this hotel!

It's not my first time here. This hotel is classy and comfy. I sleep like a baby, and the breakfast is wonderful. They have a corner of traditional food, and it's heavenly!!

Very comfortable place to spend holiday. Very nice location at the center of the city. Good hospitality. Indoor pool certainly gives more advantage, kids can swim although it was heavily rain in Bogor. Delicious breakfast and there was a special corner for kids to enjoy playing time while having breakfast (there was video playing, ice cream and snacks stalls, coloring sheets and crayons, books, balloons, and friendly staff to accompany the kids). Definitely a very recommended hotel. Only thing needs to be improved is the limited parking space.

first time staying here, at first we didn't know about the pool maintenance, and no one from Traveloka said anything, my suggestion is to use WhatsApp if there is facility maintenance from the hotel, because the voucher received is the same as the changes in the application, I honestly was disappointed when I arrived and the pool couldn't be used, because if it was canceled it couldn't be refunded either. but I appreciate the staff, especially Mr. Fajar, who received input and forwarded it to management regarding the maintenance of the facility. which should have been able to be used on the 17th, it turned out to be finished on the 16th in the morning. because the consumer's voice was listened to, I finally extended it for 1 day. for me it's better if the consumer's voice is listened to because it is a form of empathy for the consumer. thanks next time I plan to stay here again.

friendly service, clean hotel, for the playground maybe the AC should be cooler because the carpet is wet, the kids play swimming directly to the playground, the savoury food is quite good, the dessert is really delicious! the room is not soundproof, the room area is clean, I recommend coming back here, thx savero!

Spacious room with exquisite interior design. Unfortunately, the room doesn't have a mini bar makes us quite difficult to keep our coffee and other drinks fresh.
Mineral water is also very limited. Hotel only provides 2 bottles in regular size and guests can only have 1 extra bottle. In my opinion, hotel should be more flexible and generous to guests who book the room without breakfast.

The location is near the Kebun Raya. We tried the swimming pool which is located in the indoor area toward the Kebun Raya and it was so cool to swim with the view of big trees. The breakfast wasn't so tasty though it has various menus. The staff was so helpful. The basement parking area needs to be cleaned up, there is a bad smell like trash or rotten food.
