It’s a good hotel. Easy to reach, just after Bogor toll road exit, turn to the right and it’s there, in front of Kebun Raya Bogor. Breakfast is nice. The staff are very kind, Pak Dede the front desk staff is very kind and helpful.

Strategic location, satisfactory service but the facilities need to be updated a lot. Starting from the dusty room carpet, the shower glass door with the bottom hinge is about to come off, the sheets and pillowcases are already a bit yellow and smell of hair oil to the point of asking for a new one but the color is not clean white, the swimming pool water is cloudy as if it has never been maintained, the bathroom exhaust fan is dead from coming to ask for repair until going home there is no repair, the clothes hanger in the closet is not proper for a 4-star hotel, when at the swimming pool asked for a towel but until finished it was not given, the toilet cover is already yellow. The worst staycation experience according to me, even though I ordered an executive double-breakfast room minus: 1. the check-in process was a bit long, they only told me the room number, without explaining the location of the room, the breakfast rules were not explained at what time and where it was located, 2. the room was not clean, many corners were dusty, dirty, there were many cigarette burns on the carpet, even though I ordered a non-smoking room 3. the worst was that until 7 pm they only gave me towels, a doormat and shampoo, especially when bringing small children, after swimming I wanted to take a shower I had to wait for a towel until I got cold, so time was wasted waiting for the staff for a very long time (called the receptionist 5 times from when I entered the room until 7 pm I only got towels, a doormat and shampoo) 4. the water in the room was not warm at all, complained to the staff that the room was full so it took a long time to get warm, in fact it was useless warm 5. the electric kettle is rusty inside, the complaint has just been exchanged, the cupboard is already old, dirty and dusty 6. lots of ants in the room, on the dressing table and coffee maker, even in the refrigerator there are dead ants 7. the swimming pool water is dirty, some corners of the pool are very slippery, lots of moss, soap is not provided in the rinse area, again there are no towels with the excuse that it is still in the laundry, there is only 1 trash can so there are many corners where people have thrown trash carelessly 8. the parking lot smells of trash 9. the route is always congested, maybe because it is in the city center, it only starts to get quiet at night plus: 1. friendly staff 2. lots of food choices around the hotel & near the mall 3. nice view of the Kujang monument & mountains

Ordered an executive room but it didn't have a central AC because it was broken, the exhaust was dead, the room became stuffy, even though there was a split AC it didn't work and it was still stuffy. I brought a baby too so I had trouble breathing. Asked to move down the room but it was full, and then stayed for 2 nights, so it was a bad vacation.
