Location was perfect, just 10 min walk from MTR Wanchai and 5 min walk from A21 bus stop 6. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was also fulfilling. The view from the room was also great.

It was relatively cheap and quite good service. The place was a little small, and would prefer a mini sofa(one seater) over the chairs and lamp on the side.
Service was great and they did room service everyday.
However the place wasn't super clean. Carpet was dusty on the edges. Overall decent stay for the price with exceptional service.

Only stayed one night, but staff was very helpful and friendly. They came to greet me the moment I arrived. Helped me with my luggage when I arrived and when I left. Room has great harbor view, bed is comfortable and location is convenient, but the bathroom is rather too small. Overall, a very good hotel.

The room is a bit dark. It is a reasonable size which was nice. Every time we used the shower it flooded the bathroom. The problem could be addressed by installing glass shower doors. They would go through a lot less towels. Overall the location was fabulous and we had a great view of the fireworks in Victoria Harbour. Generally we felt the room offered good value. A shout out to the staff, they were helpful and friendly.
